Atlantic Health came to us with a recruitment problem. Two very different audiences and a number on the brief that read more like a dare. But nobody becomes an EMT because of an ad. They become one because something in them was already decided long before the job posting showed up. So we stopped writing a recruitment campaign and started writing to the people who would see it.
